C-section is major operation for any women. The pain might vary for every mother and the healing time 6 to 8 weeks must needed for every mother. Along with c-section operation , the responsibility of taking care , feeding newborn baby make the c-section mother exhaust to the core .
Most of the women are grown without major surgery in their life and when the pregnancy along with c-section comes in women life , to be true most of the young mother don’t how to handle the pain while taking care of baby in other hand.

Normal Delivery women will lose 500ml of blood while the c-section women will lose 800 to 1000 ml of blood and the operation time is about 35 to 45 min. It is most recommended to have 6 to 8 weeks of rest after delivery

3. Breastfeeding need extra 500 calorie which you can get from well balanced diet and without gaining the extra weight.
4. Walking around the home and taking care of baby with healthy food habit will keep mother out of weight gain.
5. New mother have sudden change in sleep pattern which make their body and mind to stress. It will take at least 6 to 8 weeks to come routine with newborn baby and mother routine.
6. Most of the new mother keep worry about their responsibility, have self doubt whether they are taking care of their baby good or not ,whether the milk is sufficient for the baby, Mother are so conscious about their newborn happiness and forgot about their own basic health .
7. Not all women are getting enough support from the family after their c-section .The pain and the stress level will become worse if the mother not get support from their family members.
8. After c-section,if mother focus on her health with well balanced diet and mild activity ,good family support and with stress free lifestyle for 6 to 8 weeks then the chance of weight gain is very low.
