Easy Chilli Prawn For Weekend

Simple tasty recipe of Prawn best for weekend or relaxed dinner with family .This chilli prawn recipe goes best with fried rice or noodles.Chilli prawn have mild flavour of sauce along with crushed chilli,ginger and garlic.

It will take only 30 minutes to make chilli prawn – so it is best for mommies with small kids from age of 6 months to 1 year old.

Easy Chilli Prawn Recipe

Equipment

  • Heavy Bottom Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Prawn
  • 11/2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tblsp Seasame seeds
  • 3 tblsp Garlic cloves
  • 2 tblsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 tblsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tblsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato

Instructions

  • Wash prawn and remove the black vein from prawn with tip of knife.
  • Wash thoroughly with water ,turmeric and keep it aside .
  • Take wide pan ,add sesame oil ,once oil turn hot add finely chopped garlic saute for few second then add ginger and saute for few more minute.
  • Now add onion and saute till golden color then add tomato with required amount of salt and saute for few more minute.
  • Then add sriracha sauce,soy sauce ,brown sugar mix nicely with onion tomato and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minute make sure not to burn the sauce.
  • Now add the cleaned prawn – toss along with sauce nicely and cook for 3 to 4 minute. Once prawn is cooked along with sauce syrup. Switch off the flame and serve with fried rice or noodles or white rice too!!
