Easy Chilli Prawn Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Prawn
  • 11/2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tblsp Seasame seeds
  • 3 tblsp Garlic cloves
  • 2 tblsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 tblsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tblsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato

Instructions

  • Wash prawn and remove the black vein from prawn with tip of knife.
  • Wash thoroughly with water ,turmeric and keep it aside .
  • Take wide pan ,add sesame oil ,once oil turn hot add finely chopped garlic saute for few second then add ginger and saute for few more minute.
  • Now add onion and saute till golden color then add tomato with required amount of salt and saute for few more minute.
  • Then add sriracha sauce,soy sauce ,brown sugar mix nicely with onion tomato and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minute make sure not to burn the sauce.
  • Now add the cleaned prawn - toss along with sauce nicely and cook for 3 to 4 minute. Once prawn is cooked along with sauce syrup. Switch off the flame and serve with fried rice or noodles or white rice too!!
