Banana Bread Recipe.

Healthy, Super Soft Textured Banana Bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups oil or olive oil
  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 number Eggs
  • 21/2 medium or 2 large Overripe banana
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Milk or water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Nuts (any walnuts , dries fruits , raisins or chocolate chips)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl add oil, eggs and honey beat well altogether.
  • Peel good ripe banana and then add banana, cinnamon and vanilla and salt. Give nice mix with spatula don't use blender to avoid squishy banana.
  • Add whole wheat flour and mix nicely with wet ingredients.
  • Then add the baking soda and give very nice mix with wheat flour.
  • Finally add nuts and give good mix . Then, Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake the batter for 45 to 55 minute. Check by inserting a toothpick in top of bread and it should come out clean without sticky batter.
  • Allow the bread to cool down on loaf pan, then transfer the bread to wire rack or to plate and allow to cool down.
