Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl add oil, eggs and honey beat well altogether.
Peel good ripe banana and then add banana, cinnamon and vanilla and salt. Give nice mix with spatula don't use blender to avoid squishy banana.
Add whole wheat flour and mix nicely with wet ingredients.
Then add the baking soda and give very nice mix with wheat flour.
Finally add nuts and give good mix . Then, Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake the batter for 45 to 55 minute. Check by inserting a toothpick in top of bread and it should come out clean without sticky batter.
Allow the bread to cool down on loaf pan, then transfer the bread to wire rack or to plate and allow to cool down.
