Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter or Olive oil
  • 1 small onion - chopped roughly
  • 1 whole butternut squash - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 4 no Galic cloves
  • 2 no medium carrot
  • 6 no green beans
  • 1 tblsp rosemarry
  • 1 tblsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese ( optional or works for kids)
  • 1 tblsp tortillas(optional)

Instructions

  • In medium sized cooker, add all the chopped veggies - onion, carrot, beans, butte Nut squash with needed salt.
  • Add water just enough to soak the veggies and allow to cook for 2 to 3 whistle.
  • Once the mixture cooled down, add all of them to medium sized mixer and grind it to smooth. You might need to grind in 2 batches.
  • Add the soup into 4 separate bowl, depending on the persons's taste top soup with need pepper, rose merry or grated cheese or tortillas!. Serve hot!!
