Soak the rice in water for 15 min.Strain the water and set the rice aside.2.Heat oil & ghee in a pressure cooker,once the oil is hot add cinnamon, cloves, bayleaf, cardamom,stoneflower and splitted green chilli.Allow it to splutter.3. Add in onion saute for min and then add ginger garlic pate and spray some water and saute till the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes off.4. Add in roughly chopped tomato ,salt and saute until mushy in medium flame for few mins.5.Add in mint leaves , red chilli powder ,turmeric powder along with required salt .Saute nicely till the masala mix with onion tomato.6.Now , ad the washed rice along with coconut milk and give mix together.7.Add the required water and pressure cook for 2 whistle in medium flame.8.Once the pressure is released ,open coker and fluff trice with topped coriander leaves.9.Serve hot with onion raita and enjoy your lunch.
