Heat pan with 1 tbsp of oil,.Add cinnamon, bay leaf saute them for min.
Add onion,tomato puree and sute for 3 min with 3 tbsp of water.Then add chilli powder, garam masala,coriander powder,turmeric powder.Mix well all the spice powder with the onion tomato puree.
Allow the spice powder to cook till the raw smell goes off.
Add the tbsp of curd to the gravy and mix well.
Add boiled green peas.I used dried peas ,soaked overnight and boiled till the peas cooked.
Cover cook the peas with gravy mixture for 2 to 3 min.
Finally ,add the sauted paneer along with kasuri methi cook for few more min.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with idly for dinner.
Serve hot with chapati for lunch.
