Clean Prawn and remove the black layer , wash 2 to 3 time with water and turmeric,
In wide mixing bowl, add red chilli powder, coriander powder garam masala powder ,turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste and requires salt.
Mix all the ingredients well and now add the cleaned prawn , water from the prawn will be enough to mix the powder.
Now add the corn flour and rice flour and give nice coating to all prawn by adding 1 or 2 tbsp of water.
Nicely coat each prawn with the masala and add chopped curry and coriander leaves.
Cover the masala coated prawn for 15 to 20 minute.
Deep fry the masala coated prawn in medium oil by dropping one by one.
It will take 3 to 5 minute to turn the color to crispy golden .
Transfer the prawn to paper towel and remove the excess oil.
Serve hot with rice or as starter
