This app is helpful for intermediate fasting but for me is one of the best way to control over eating food. This app helped me in a lot of way like reducing weight or at-least not to put on more weight.

It breaks down your target weight into 10 small weight loss plans according to your weight , height and age. It will look easy to reach small goals than looking at the big goals. But, believe me, even if it is small goal, it will be hard to reach unless you don’t have mind control.

The best meditation app with the world’s largest Free library of more than 100k guided meditations.

Insight Timer is an excellent , self meditation app. I like to listen to their guided meditation and music. This app is really helpful, who like to do yoga or meditation at the comfort of their home.
