Journey of Revathy Priya to the Art of Yoga

Revathy Priya is a motivated Yoga Teacher / Instructor(Certified) with advanced training in yoga and also specializes in therapeutic yoga .

Like most Indian women in the USA , She majored in Mathematics, came to the USA in 2000 and was working IT till 2012 ( Plano).

She then moved to India in 2012 to follow her passion Yoga. Started taking various kinds of Yoga courses which includes Yoga Teacher training program 440hrs Yoga from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) started her teaching career in India.

But she did not stop after starting her career as a yoga teacher. Revathy Priya stepped forward to learn and completed her Advanced Teacher Training Program(200hrs) from Vineoyoga Center, Master in Yoga Therapy ( SVYASA University ) and Heart saver First Aid CPR AED Program.

Types of Classes:

As, she holds 8 years of Experience in teaching Yoga.

Offering classes for all age groups from Kids, teens, ladies, men’s and elderly people.

What Kind of Yoga Courses:

Course plans are theme- based and focus oriented

I should say, her starting yoga sloka song itself will a bring positive vibe .

Course plans include Asanas which will improve body fitness and flexibility.

Pranayama are one of the best breathing techniques to regularize and to control the breathing

Meditation to relax and calm the mind.

Focus can be an Asana / Parts of the body/ an Organ.
